So far as I can tell, its happening everywhere down here in Louisiana. My dad, the paranoid military guy, thinks it is because we are at cyber war with China and North Korea, and apparently we are being bombarded with hackers...
That is the only reason that I know of that everyone's internet is slowing down like forget.
