everyone has a 100m speed port. because that is the standard hardwire Ethernet port's speed.
that port don't necessarily have anything to do with internet, its just where internet can come in.
if you were sending files to a shared folder over your router to your other computer, it would be using the full 100m speed (unless the router limits it lower for some reason)
