Badspot owns rights to clans that are in blockland to an extent. If he wants, he could take control of any he so pleases.
Not that anyone would want to stop him... :\
...and then Max comes in and posts a "clan layout" that is obviously stupid and he thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread ham. Badspot could use it for himself without Max's permission. And a couple other people from GarageGames.
