%1 not working

if i put %1 in welcome message etc. it shows up as %1 anyone know why?

It only shows up when players enter the game, not in the 'change' message.

no even in the welcome message it dosent work. and what is the change message. it was working fine earlier

It shows up for players who join the game, when you set it in RTB Prefs it won't appear.

Generally its a good idea to put an extra space after it if it's got punctuation at the end of it.

It'll display fine when someone joins the game and sees it.

someone told me and it works fine now in welcome message. i reset the server
