...in about two weeks. It'll be a tandem jump from 13,500 feet. $170 if I remember correctly.

The closest I've been to skydiving is going onto those giant arch "Xtreme Skycoaster" things.

You apparently have that "lose your lunch" feeling until you reach terminal velocity. This takes about six seconds. After that, they say it doesn't feel like you're falling anymore.

The wind is hella harsh though.

They have one of those skydiving simulations up in Denver, too bad if you make a wrong move like needle dive face down you'll fall flat on your face.

Yeah, that'd be cruel irony. Dying in a car wreck before you get to hurl yourself from a plane with only a thin sheet of nylon to save you. :(

Your parachute does not open and you keep falling at dangerously high speed, but you land in the ocean some how and survive long enough to swim to dry land safely.
