A reasonable explanation of what the hell this does
The FaecPwner shoots 5 LightBall projectiles at a time.
The projectiles explode EXACTLY after 900 ms.

This forces the player to time his/her shots accordingly.
This requirement can make DMs more fun.

In the hands of a skilled player (Like wizzard >:D)
You can kick ass.
