THen explain how the BL tank was made.  That was sketchup.  I know a free way to convert to DTS format.

It MAY look like a baby toy.

But! It's in fact a powerful tool.

There's a free .obj exporter for Google Earth which can be found somewhere, then you can import that into Blender for adding animation/necessary nodes and exporting it.


Export to google earth
Rename the extension to ".zip"

How do you get it out of google earth though?

It doesn't really matter what program you use, as long as you know how you use it. But I wouldn't recommend Sketchup because its more of a drawing tool.

Isn't the AS-KR hollow?


To export Sketchup files to Blender do this
1st Make the model
2nd Export to 3D file
3rd Change the .kmz to .ZIP then open
4th Import the .DAE file in models folder of the folder you opened when you opened the .ZIP
5th last but not least make the armatures/mountPoints then export as .DTS
