You can view the source of any web page without actually going to it.

Example:
http://kalphiter.com/tools/getWebPageSource.php?url=php.net
Go ahead and visit those malicious sites :D

You can get the web page without visiting it. The server returns the source code.
It's basically a proxy but it returns the source code.
