Simple answer: as far as chest equipment goes, men and women are exactly the same.

Yes, men could make milk.

The reason women have big breasts is because female hormones cause their breasts to grow, the hormones released during pregnancy cause them to lactate. If men are exposed to those same hormones the exact same thing happens, men do have estrogen and other female hormones in their bodies naturally (small amounts, released mostly by the adrenal gland) but testosterone suppresses their effects and causes hair growth, muscular growth, cartilaginous growth around the larynx and the differences in bone structure.

Frankly speaking the difference between growing up looking and sounding male or female depends entirely on the hormones.

And it is the uhh, Y Chromosome that has the female genes, when you are in the womb, if you have 2 Y chromosomes then you are girl, if you have 1 X and 1 Y, then you are male, but for some strange reason, i think its shemales that have like 3, or some stuff.

Consider this:
Two members of a species like how eachother look, they reproduce.
The kids would have similar turn-ons and thus making the species more concentrated; basically how different species form.

Another example:
Past humans had to hunt to get their food, (or scavenge, it's a theory) and thus got to reproduce more often because they weren't dead. This caused the rest of the species to inheret the muscles from him+her, or other traits. This is how a species is formed.

There are a myriad of chromosomal syndromes the afflict the populace. For example Klinefelter's  (XXY chromosomes) syndrome is present in 1 in 500 men, odds are that unless you've been living under a rock you've met dozens in your life and didn't even know it (they may not know either).

As far as shemales go... well they don't exist, sorry.

Why? It's just nature.
