Decal not working( please remove)

ok i just spent a couple hours working on a body decal, and now it will not work. it is on the in-game decal selection menu, but when selected, it doesnt show up on the character. it is the correct size of 256X256.
i was thinking maybe the color thats supposed to be whatever their background color was not right? im not sure.. please help.
btw if this is in the wrong forum, feel free to move.

Could you specify the Filename(s) of your decal(s)?
How big they are? And an image of how you packaged them?
