Actually, I think we should tomato on back to the main point of this thread.
Marcem is an idiot, whose IQ could barely compare to a green tomato. He's probably gotten warm hugs and ripe tomatos from his parents, and this little shield has kept him warm and snuggly for many years. But now that he is on the Tomato, he has been exposed to other people whom are much brighter than he is and simply cannot accept what a gigantic dipstuff he really is.
