teach me haow to make one. And did you do it in paint.net?
1) Make circular selection
2) Fill in with gradient
3) Make a new layer
4) Make smaller oval-shaped selection
5) Use white foreground to transparent gradient
6b) Use subtle gaussian blur on oval
7b) Apply drop shadow to your first circle

Anyway, nice work on the icon.

You need a program like GIMP or Paint.NET if you want to make it into a compatible icon (.ico), though.

I used GIMP, and the size does change whenever icons are enlarged, it is a .ico
Anyway, nice work on the icon.
