You people don't know what it is :(
A domain resolves to an IP.
An IP address is a location on the internet
For example, my IP address is 69.123.14.60 and leads to my house.
When you type in blockland.no-ip.info in your browser, it'll look for the server at 64.255.83.42. Normally, browsers connect to port 80. But, this person does not have a program running on port 80, so the router does not know to do with it, so it'll reject it.
You'll only see a blank page and will only get a timed out connection.
The domains were originally used for a TeamSpeak server, but there have been other teamspeak servers up after it.
