Is there any way i can access my router without a username or password

No.
Ask your parents for the password? Try using the details Username:Admin Password:password. Factory reset?

one problem i set username and password aand they dont know either

List of default router username/passwords
I really hope you don't mean you changed it in which case you'll probably have to contact customer support to fix it.

No, you won't have to.

On the back or the bottom, there should be a hole and the word "Reset" written next to or over, or maybe even under the hole.
Put a small long object in there and hold it in there for about 10 seconds.

And then your parents walk in and say "WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU HAXER DON'T FACK AROUND WITH YOUR COMPUTER YOU'LL FACK UP EVERYTHING", or something like "Hey Stop you'll mess up your computer don't press that! (depends on your age)
