I made it by creating every single frame in paint.net, saving it as a PNG, and finding a program that can make it into an animation.
I used
this for the first version, but it only allows 50 frames. I didn't like any other programs that I found online, so I remember that
Camtasia works.
I went up to too, then "Options", then I made images online last 0.1 seconds or something like that. Then I put every frame onto the time line, made a couple frames I wanted longer, then produced the video as a custom project. I made it export to gif, then went through the whole exporting process.
Blam, your done.
But, if the frame rate is too slow for you, you can import the gif you just exported, then right click on it in the timeline, and change the clip speed.
UPDATE!
Added sap + explosion.
