Author Topic: What game system should I buy?  (Read 4257 times)

Lies. I compared the PS3 with my XBox on the same TV. With the same game. Both had the same quality.
I was talking about Blu-Ray movies and stuff.

But really, PS3, lower fail rate than Xbox, Free PSN, HD out of the box (Doesn't come with HDMI) Some better exclusives. (I think.)
The failure rate is caused by the user. The way around the RROD was just keep your power brick off of a carpet. The 360 had HDMI in my Pro I got a couple of years ago and it works good for me. 360 has you paying for live because people actually use it and so they have to pay for servers. Xbox 360 has a pretty good selection of exclusives in my opinion.

Supertoxic, you're very wrong.  I don't think xbox supports 1080p.  Keeping the powerbrick off of the carpet doesn't fix anything relating to the RROD.  PSN is used a lot, too.  Why you have to pay for LIVE is probably because Microsoft has to pay for everyone to release DLC only on Xbox. (See, I can be clever too!)

Supertoxic, you're very wrong.  I don't think xbox supports 1080p. It doesn't. I guess I don't know much about my HD cords, but my cord that I got with my 360 had HD options and standard options in one wire. I don't know much about it so eh.  Keeping the powerbrick off of the carpet doesn't fix anything relating to the RROD. Actually, everyone I've ever met who had the RROD had the power brick on the carpet. I recommend to them to keep it on a table surface or something of the sorts, and they never get it again. I even recommended it to some friends who got a fresh system, and they haven't gotten RROD'd yet. PSN is used a lot, too.  Why you have to pay for LIVE is probably because Microsoft has to pay for everyone to release DLC only on Xbox. (See, I can be clever too!) I do say. Quite clever indeed. I clap for you.
I replied in your quote.

You don't get RROD if you don't forget your 360.

KEEP YOUR richard OUT OF YOUR CONSOLE, I KNOW IT'S loveY BUT TRY TO CONTAIN YOURSELF.

Dammit. It's so hard. That's what she said

Last time I checked, $400.
$300 now, along with PS3.  So there's no "cheaper one" here.

I was just a Futureshop. It was 400.

What the balls. Yes it does. I have a 1080p screen and everything is crystal clear.

The only thing is that not all games support 1080p.

Oh, so it's it's going to $300 soon, my mistake.  Oh, seriously, Xbox supports 1080p now?

Nope, since September 2006, I saw.

The xbox 360 does have 1080p and i and 720p and i  :D

Get a Snes because it has Starfox and it's like actually 3D and stuff.
