Author Topic: Halp please?  (Read 1069 times)

Well....I'm on IE right now. SHOCKING, I know, but Mozilla, whenever I try to run it, move it, delete it, or launch it, comes up with a pop-up, "This file is currently being used by another program". I've searched the web, slowly... and I've tried the Unlocker Application, I've tried booting in safe mode, and I've stopped every other program. I can't live with IE. Plus, this computer specialist made it so I can't access IE easily. I have to go to steam and search google.com, and then click on a link that somebody has in their profile. I've also tried to start firefox from every location. the folder, the shortcut, and task manager. pelae halp D:

Task manager > end process > firefox.exe
Durrr.

It's not on the list, durrrr. Azerath already told me to do that.

Maybe... Try rebooting your comp? :D

oh yeah, i did that, i just didnt put it on the list of stuff i did.....infact thats the first and last thing i did.

Download firefox, Mozilla is really outdated.

Oh...not sure if that's serious or not, but...

If you're being serious, than I'm sorry, I usually only call Mozilla Firefox: Firefox, or Mozilla.... Unless....

I'm sorry, I'm confused, and you are gonna call me a handicap for that. I have mozilla firefox.

So there is a difference?
Mozilla Firefox isn't outdated. I have been getting those pop-ups that tell me to update it though. But I guess I can't do that anymore -.-

I was making a joke.  Mozilla is Mozilla's old browser.  Also, you are never going to get help by typing like an idiot. "Halp" isn't a real word.

Justin made it seem more real D:

BTW guys, Im deleting the old browser. And reinstalling.  Also marcem, now that i know it was a joke, nice joke |:3

super bump due to it not working, even after i completely wiped all firefox related files from my computer, it still connects to whatever program is using it

Is the process ended?

(Task Manager > Processes > Firefox)

I had the same thing happen with xFire, that cured it.

Cause blameing IE makes everything better.
