There's something sort of like this, called Copy Mod. It allows you to make a copy of yourself and command it to do things, like chase someone, and shoot at them. You can also have it wander aimlessly around.

There's also Greekbots, but I'm not sure if they work anymore. Someone back me up on that situation, please.

Badspot crapOn'd it since it breaks death chat messages, which nobody really cares about, honestly. I was able to get it working by tampering with the file.

It also is abusive as hell... You can give the bots things like Banhammer and Blowtorch and they can use them without being admin.
