Experienced person: Someone who has done something (in this case played Blockland) long enough to be good at it.
Beginner: Someone who has just begun to do something (in this case play Blockland) and isn't skilled yet.

What's the point of this though its really just showing you how many people will vote and happened to notice your post, it really doesn't have to be 'experience'. Some of the lower Bl ID might have stopped playing and the higher BL ID not even have forum or actively participate in it. Don't act like one of those people who judge a player by BL ID, I have seen people in the 5k BL ID that are handicaps (or act like it) and build id's in 10k or higher make amazing builds. So i think your not going to find anything out of this survey that will be usefull.
