I was looking through the free apps just a little while ago, and downloaded that sheep launcher free thing. I then noticed on startup of the app, the creator was "Kronos" and the animation, when finished, looked like Chrono's gear avatar. Relation? Discuss. Sorry, no pix.

I would never use the name Kronos.
I have never made an app.
I don't have an iPod Touch or iTouch or w/e.
That 'gear' avatar is a PSO section ID, Whitil. I doubt anyone would be able to publish copyrighted material, especially owned by Sega.
