i need help on knowing how to make add ons

We have BILLIONS of these threads... To open a program, just double click the .LNK (the shortcut), or if you open it and the program crashes (Windows Vista), right click the file and click "Run as Administrator..." (you have to be a administrator on your computer to do this part.) and it should pop up.
