What happens when you change your personal timescale using the console command that I can't remember right now? What does it do to everyone else? Does it lag them or something?

I know. What does it do to other people. How does YOUR slow time match up with THEIR normal time.

You just move slower, they still move normal speed.

If you're the server host of a non dedicated, stuff will forget up for them.

If you're a normal player, or the host of a dedicated, then only you will be slow. Others' animations will be slow, but they will still be moving around at normal speed.
