New clan! Again

Why? Why must there be about 500 new clans a day. Good or not, there is obviously another clan that does probably the exact same thing as yours. Is it that you want to be able to boss others around? That's a stupid reason.

I made a clan a while ago but now there a clans coming in by the thousands every day. None of which have much purpose or detail.

I'd make a clan, but I'd probably suck at it, and all the ideas have been taken up already.
Plus, I'm not very good at running/participating in organized events, so this is out of the picture for me.

That's also part of the reason I don't want to join clans - I would be criticized for not showing up or something because I'm in a different time zone than the owner/organizer and couldn't show up for whatever reason, like school. Plus, I'm usually forgetful.
