Lava land race. You have jump over lava. If you fall in you die and the vechicale explodes.

Rollercoaster-type track. In one or more sections, you have to do an epic jump over something. It would look awesome for screenshots.

Like you race around/above/whatever some future buildings.
And somtimes a glass like track beneath you so you can have a nice view meanwhile.
