Respect isn't something you need to get by with on the internet. It's something nice to have otherwise it will do nothing but backfire on you. It's cause and effect; you're a richard to people and people will be a richard to you. If you want that kind of reaction from the community than so be it, but if you want to be a total handicap and forget up your reputation and get hated for everything you say, then why the forget are you here? Why are you here if you don't care about your image on the game forums? I get what you're trying to say but you don't have to be a douche about it, you could at least just say something not moronic. We don't care if you need our respect.

It's like a trophy. You feel proud to have it but you don't need it. You can easily lose it, too.

If we're fighting; (arguing, whatever.) and we're both on the forums, and we're both arguing about the same thing, and we both play Blockland (me and you, you being the reader/arguer.. person.. thing) does that not make us have all of those things in common? Really, why not just be friends rather than enemies because just that fact makes us have common interests.
