The Mod Manager used the old RTB2 Downloads system which is no longer in existence or some stuff, because we have RTB3 downloads system now, but only a select few have RTB3.

You can still browse the mods though I think, just no news posts.

same thing happend to me, i was gone forever cause my old computer was crap so i couldn't play BL I got a new one, expecting a crapload of new add-ons i only had 3 >.> <.< but the problem is you can't post add-on's on the forum linked to the add on manager only rtb3 will be linked to the new forum. (Or at least that's how I have it figured out)
