I start school again today!
D:
Wait, I'm actually glad to be going back to school!
This was by far the best summer I've ever had and I met a lot of new people and made some very good friends over it, but now I feel it is time to return to my studies. I am a sophomore in electrical engineering now.
I've always enjoyed education and was never sad or worried about going back to school. Except for the beginning of fifth grade I was never bullied at my school, and that was just because I was the awkward new kid at the school. After a few light brawls and being the top student in the class I quickly became one of those people you don't mess with, but who are also approachable and easy to befriend. In my first couple years at the school I was probably the only (or one of the few) students to get in trouble for physical violence. Around seventh and eighth grade the public school system started to go on turbo crack down police state mode after 9/11 and the Iraq war. I realized getting in a fight wasn't worth the extreme amounts of punishment anymore. Unable to use my fists, I soon learned how I could manipulate people with my words and social skills...
Enough of that nonsense!
So here is my schedule:

That Statics recitation on Thursday morning blows ass, but I cannot change it. Recitations don't meet the first week of classes so today my first class is at 11. I don't have to go to the Physics recitation either, but I've had the teaching assistant there before and he's a great guy.
So for the sake of discussion: Who else is excited to be returning to school?
