Nobody will tell you how to make your clan. Go around and look at other popular clans or clans that are well-organized, and take some tips from them...

He does have a point... Just because your clan failed doesn't mean you open 3 more... It means you work on that one clan and make it more organized and popular. Also it would help if you have people in your clan before you post it on the forums. That's how I started my clan (even though it's dead from inactivity)...

EDIT: well... This could apply to both of you but to captain mostly cause he opened two clans in the same week.
