Whenever I try to ask something, I ask politely. I try it 5 times but everyone ignores me. I try using caps to make myself more noticable, but then I am kicked/banned for using caps.

This happens every time I go in a server, and it just isn't fair.

Yeah. Don't go on servers where the funnest thing to do is finding out how to get on the shelf of a bedroom.
