Well I went to a server and I saw an add on called "Achiviements". when i spawned i saw at the bottom xp so you can level! where do i get this??

What?  Your looking for an add_on that says xp when you spawn?

no it shows xp at the bottom and you can level up and stuff

ON TOPIC: Hm... It may not be released yet, or its just hard to find.
I don't know where to find the Achievements add-on, yet you can make the EP thing using Variable events.
