Seeing as I've never used the full Photoshop (if there is such a thing) then I would have to assume it's Photoshop Elements. It came with my tablet (was worth the $300 total) and now I have it :3
Cool.
Lawn mowers, here I come.

I left a comment on your video. :D BTW it is awesome. I wish i could draw like that.

His mom isn't some kind of intense art critic like you guys. :|

I think you're just mad at JD for whatever reason and you're finding any small opportunity to bash him.

Everyone is jealous :P

Also, KITTEH!

Wow JD, nice work. You use Photoshop or what? I'd like to try my hand at whatever program that is.

EDIT: And maybe you should've made the ground a darkgreen instead of brown.

Yeah, I was thinking the exact same thing after I finished it. Originally I was just going to draw a cat in a house on a shiny hardwood floor but then I was like /IDEA
Thanks :D
Oh, and, that's a version of Photoshop that came with my tablet, it's something like Photoshop Elements or something.

It's pretty nice, though I'm not sure that it was a really good idea to have the brown kitty on a brown background. It kinda "gets lost", probably a green background would have looked better. Also, for me it did not feel very "angelic".

However with such projects there is one thing that really matters: intention.

Cool.

Apparently the version I have is only something like $45. You should get it. Now.
Yes this was a useful bump. :3

First off, I see a rather nasty trend going on here. You don't need to show us a video of how you drew each drawing, and having some blasting music that you didn't make go with it. It's starting to annoy me, that's for sure.

To the drawing. Cat doesn't really look enough like a cat, it's too smooth in the shading. Halo looks really oddly placed between those ears, and probably should have been drawn less squiggly. The wings are just way too non wing-like to even be on there. Colors of wings don't flow well with the colors of the cat. The wings also should have been larger. The paws also look very strange, and it probably wouldn't hurt to go back and study how paws look, as well as everything else.

The background is really bad.

As for coloring, if your colors aren't opposing enough, then they will look bad unless something is between (thicker lines for example), or if the shading is more gradual. This is mainly why the wings look bad, they have some green and pinks in them, and it just causes them to look weird. These colors also go bad with the cat's brown. Maybe just use more friendly colors in the shading, or give your shading more gradual look rather than that sudden smooth approach.

Overall, it's not a bad drawing. But I don't see why you need to keep showing us these with a video of how you drew it. One was enough. The most annoying part is the music. I had to mute the last ones too. I don't want to listen to music while I view a drawing. We don't need music to make them feel epic.. It's not going to work with me. Also I hope you don't draw while you listen to music, because that is actually a distraction, and I have told a relative this same thing, and they wonder why their art isn't very good. You need to draw in a silent environment with no distractions. You may not feel that the music is a distraction, but it is. It will cause you to want to end the drawing early usually, or just rush all throughout. Don't have the TV on either while you draw.

Don't get me wrong, the drawing is OK, My main problem is this feature you are using to try to blow their value out of proportion with annoying music blasting. But please upload regular pictures and then maybe make the video thing an option. If you keep this trend, it's going to get old really fast. Actually it already has gotten old.

I lol at you, trashman, for thinking a 14 year old kid could make a masterpiece.

I am going to call you so I can stop your internets

I lol at his layers.  He seriously makes another layer for every color.

It's not like it would hurt JD, or anyone for that matter, to get a little better at drawing.
