You misunderstand. If you're predicting where someone will be, fire a projectile, then the person changes direction - you cannot alter the velocity of that projectile to go and follow them.

Once again you've prompted yet another engine fix to make this kind of crap harder to do.  I'm thinking you should quit loving about and abusing the freedoms we have with regards to modding because you'll just get even more stuff restricted.

It's not like humans can do any better. Unless your opponent is telling you ahead of time where they're moving to, the best strategy is to aim ahead of them. All this does is aims ahead of them so the bullet will meet them at wherever, i.e. hit them in mid-air before they land.
