I have a strange dislike/like of Cold Play.

Never really thought of them as the next U2 until you mentioned it though. They too have similarities that I'd never seen before, but now do.

Now I have to go listen to Where the Streets Have No Name... :D

Almost all of them yes, but there are some exceptions.

My favorite coldplay songs are The Scientist (though it is depressing as hell), Clocks, Speed of sound, And now this Technicolor II thing. I used to like Violet Hill also but how long it takes the song to start with that like minute long sustained note at the beginning always pissed me off so I have grown to dislike the song xD
Note: I know Clocks and Speed of Sound are similar but that wont stop them from being some of my favorites.

Wow lol, same for me. I like Amsterdam and a Rush Of Blood To the Head a lot too, though.
