Port Fowarding help PLZ REPLY!!!!

I port forwarded perfectly and my server shows up dead if you think you know whats wrong than please tell me if it helps i have a Linksys WRT54G router.

Umm, are you sure that is the right link because when i clicked it it was a handicapped website that i have been to and it started talking about buying a static ip adress?

I have a laptop and i checked it on that it still showed up dead but thanks anyway.

I have a laptop and i checked it on that it still showed up dead but thanks anyway.

I too have a laptop alongside my desktop, and if I try to join from my laptop most of the time I have to connect by IP, otherwise it shows as dead.
