pyramid schemes business model is fail. and you always know it is one if you suspect your being recruited simply to benefit the 1 guy you "work" for.
i think they illegal in the states, but it happens anyways.

when i created my business with my friends, we got some trouble from the FTC.
they claimed what we were doing was that such scam lol.
only because we took 10% of the earnings from every underhire and pooled it into our original founding 14 member's pockets. (not a legit business plan)
now we had to incorporate properly for tax and FTC threats -.-;

so now that money pools in a "business" account and don't belong to any 1 person.
