i actually have no idea.

thanks, kalph. sorry, i don't quite know why 'placid' didn't work at first. i typed in my password a good 3-4 times, even slower to ensure i was doing it right and it didn't work.. but it did now.
sorry about that.

Ephialtes, in RTB v4 will you fix the blank IRC problems? All my chats in the IRC randomly go completely blank, when they send me a message or I send them one it doesn't show up.

Did you forget IRC was scrapped in RTB4?

This doesn't happen in RTB4's chat, which wont be IRC.

Ah, gotcha.

Not sure if this has been suggested, but I think it would be nice to submit an update to a mod and specify the version #. I don't want to submit minor bug updates and have it end up at a high version. I would like to update to like V1.1 and so on. What do you think Ephi?

I asked this before but I can't find his answer.

That would be awesome.

A lot of people wouldn't use that correctly. It'd have to be more in depth than just entering numbers.

Just have three version update types. <MAIN>.<RELEASE>.<PATCH>. For example, 1.23 would be version 1, release 2 and patch 3.

This was actually a feature in RTB v2's add-on uploading system but I removed it since I didn't see much value in it and nobody really used it. The most I'd be willing to implement would be a "minor update" checkbox which would just increment the version number by .1 but I can't really see the benefit in having huge granularity for version numbers.

I'd say do it. It's moderated now, so not so many idiots, and It would be made use of. But don't have it for things like
colorsets, that has no value.

That would still be very useful.
