Can't Find Certain Weapon

I recently finished a TF2 tdm with my friend, Shady Guy.
Then i noticed that i was missing a weapon that i knew was out there.  You know the secondary weapon a Pyro and Heavy has, the primary weapon for Engi?
I have seen multiple servers with this weapon. Can i have a link to this?

I am positive i saw multiple servers with a gun EXACTLY like the one used in TF2.

I won't reject the fact that i've seen one with a better overall.  It was much more like the one in tf2.

Some server was up recently that used versions of Racer's models taken from my server when I had been scripting them. I saw that he had tried to make his own cheap copies of my TF2 Melee Weapons set which I hadn't released yet, he may have taken the Shotgun model too for that weapon. I have some testing versions of these using an updated raycasting weapons script but I haven't finished them.
