Both drop at the same rate.  There's also no air for the feather's high wind resistance to slow it's fall.

With one British Pound you can buy half about half a pound of iron.
With one British Pound you can buy about 10 synthetic feathers.
Obviously with one Pound, you can buy more iron, in terms of weight that is.
