You should have people with actual music talent join this, play some, and have other members play accompaniment along with their recording, then have some other member who has the right equipment mix the tracks or something.
That'd be a fun, unique clan.
Although the sound quality might lack because I don't know 'bout you, but I think most teenagers don't have professional recording equipment set up at their house >.>
