When I fell into a hole in episode 2 and i started climbing up the ladder.  Then a vort popped up above me and said "No hole is complete without the free man climbing out of it"  It scared the crap out of me D:
he just came out of nowhere :(

The most bizarre way to die I've seen and yet I've seen it several times on source games. During a game of zombie master the last surviving player was running to the exit and tripped on some stairs.
