should be a rule, needs to be at least one link to dling an add on, but if there isnt, the topic is deleted once it is posted or a pop up saying you must have one link to dl an add on (and you cant take someone elses link or you are auto reported by some bot)

Good idea it'd keep the Addons board clean. But I don't know about the general dissussion...
