if you shoot it from a very far range like a mile (in block miles) that would be insane.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did.  I found he shot from quite a long ways away, only problem is, he isn't exactly pinpoint accurate.  He isn't very accurate if you go past 64 bricks.

If their so dumb then make your own better bots, that is if you even can. These are all perfect for WWII battles and for turrents if you trap them in bricks with collision and no raycasting (or you can make 1 that doesnt move).

that's good to me cuz the normal national socialist totally owns me and I'm bad at dogging I'm better at sniping then close assult.
