instintant respawn command

I was working on a instant respawn command, but then I remembered that I do not know the function to respawn players. So any help would be most appreciated.

This should be enough for a scripter, if you don't know, you can't do it.

Assumed that this post meant that it was solved.
Also, considering that he only asked for the function to respawn not the way to make a servercmd that respawns, I just gave him that and said that. I wasn't trying to act "superior".

He was saying that if he didn't know what to do with the function, then he can't do it.
