Fine, if you can speak real english, then explain a long word by breaking it up...
pneumono=Involves the respiratory system (lungs, etc.)
ultramicroscopic=Really goddamn small
silico=Silicates, or small pieces of glass
volcano=I hope you're not stupid enough to not understand this part
coniosis=Meaning that it builds up and constricts a pathway (throat and lungs)

And don't just look it up on the internet, try to figure it out!
