Author Topic: "Your Burger on Biotech"  (Read 820 times)

If the Bio-tech Industry has its way, ordering a hamburger might someday sound like this : " one charbroiled cloned-beef patty, with geneti-cally modified cheese, lab-grown bacon and Vitamin-C fortified lettuce, on a protein-spiked bun." The burger of the future is Delicious, Nutritious  and contains  more engineering then a stealth bomber. With the food and drug Administration ruling in January that meat and milk clones from cow, pigs, and goats and their offspring is safe to eat, the only thing keeping them is time. It will be a few years before cloned products hit the shelf's Because it can cost over 15,000 dollars, Which makes the clones themselves too expensive to eat., So we'll have to wait until they spawn enough offspring (Old fashioned way) to feed the masses. Meanwhile, researched are busy formulating all the fixes.

I hate this article, if you got this from somewhere a link would be nice, if I were grading this I would give it a F.

I like genetically modified foods they are delicious and make overzealous religious people angry.

So we'll have to wait until they spawn enough offspring (Old fashioned way) to feed the masses.
So what's the point of cloning?
