Recently I have been sleeping horribly, I'm never full of energy and I am always tired. I've been going to bed at 9:30 pm and waking up at 6:00 am. Even though I get enough sleep I am still tremendously tired. I've started going to bed at 12:00 pm and waking up at 6:00 am and I don't feel all that tired for the first two hours of the day. On the third hour I feel like I am going to fall asleep sitting in my desk trying to pay attention to my Am Government teacher. Then after that class I am fine for the rest of the day. I want to stop being tired at school any suggestions?

I usually don't fall asleep untill 11.

Although every morning, i am tired.

When did you start school?

your body isn't used to geting up that early, because of summer break,

it'll go away in a few weeks

The same thing happens to me :0

During grade 12 I had terrible insomnia. I think it was because I was stressing about getting into college. Anyways, there would be times where I wouldn't get solid sleep, if any, for days on end.

I have to force myself to sleep most nights. I actually have trouble getting to sleep at any time before ~1:00 AM. Yet I can wake up at 6:30 and be as awake as hell with enough energy to run a few loving laps. :P

Infact: It's 11:47 PM here right now. I needs sleep. :/

I don't have the willpower to get to sleep early on some nights, and I end up regretting it :(

Do you know if you snore horribly? It could be sleep apnea, but you haven't given enough information to be sure.

My brother has had sleep apnea for years and was never diagnosed. He could never get restful sleep and was always tired. It affected his memory so poorly that he has gaps in his memory that he cannot recall at all. For example he cannot recall any information from when he was in his early twenties. He is 27 now.

Eat breakfast. Seriously.

I do, yet even when I get enough sleep I'm tired.
