7.Crop and Resize. I use http://www.online-image-editor.com/ for this, it works great. Just crop the area around your player, make sure the remaining area is a square. Then resize to 75x75. You'll notice the resolution drops insanely after hitting Apply. Don't worry.

Modified the first step, thanks Ephi!

Too lazy to make one :P, at least at the moment

Should I delete some pictures, my .gif lags. Took 68 pictures.

The lag has nothing to do with picture amount. Make sure you set the change interval to 0.1, other than that there's nothing I can do.

the last picture just repeats and so on really like just copying the frame before it and then when it gets to a less lag like part it stops 0.o

The white is far enough above his head for it to be cropped out.

some of it seems to be right at his head, but know a way to fix the lag thing?
lol if only i could make the white trans, i was able to make the red white but. 0.o
bright red hurts my eyes right now lol

Plad didn't take enough screenies, because he used slate and the shading skips.
nostuff sire
The ones before were screwed up immensely, these weren't as bad.

I had to retake my photos over like 4 times before I got it right.

Could i possibly remove my name next time i take screen shots instead of erasing it, or should i just leave it and crop it out?
