I'm not really sure he cares. If you're going to post yours, I'd just release it done.

Plus, good job sir, you made it harder on yourself. Transparentize the images first then crop it.

not really, theres a program that will get rid of a certain color in a gif.

Cropping and then transperatizing will only make pixel picking harder.

Fixed it,  and i can just remove it frame by frame. I still had the original gif as well, and the screen shots

You did it wrong.  Only one frame can be displayed at once.  You need to find a way to clear them.  The first has the same problem.  It's just that the white background is being painted over the whole last frame.

Looks like you tried to make it in GIMP. Gimp does that, so just use some other program. I'm pretty sure I posted a good online one somewhere in here.
