Obama removing missile deffences from Poland and the Czech Republic Yay or Nay?

Today Pres. Obama has decided we should focus on shielding misses from Iran instead of Russia. What do you guys think? Also, apparently these missile defenses are being removed because of the fact the other continents don't like America having the "upper hand" in that America can both launch Missiles and protect from them.
