Author Topic: Blockoscape - Lumbridge Castle (Sep 28 Update)  (Read 7702 times)

This is still partially a work in progress. I will probably not have time to entirely complete it anytime soon, but I do plan on finishing it. So far I have finished all of the building itself, to where it would be suitable for some kind of hotel RPG or the likeno, no, no.

  • 4069 bricks
  • Is extremely accurate to the real map
  • Is "bare" - lacks furniture and extra details
  • Sits on a 160x160 area
  • Does not include cellar (yet) - This would require teleportation events or lack of water
  • Is designed for Slate Water to correspond with the relative water level in Runescape

  • September 28: Added some outside details. Update screenshots are at the bottom of the post.

I know that plenty of people are against Runescape in Blockland, but I don't currently* plan on turning this into an RPG, only as a build.

Tell me what you think, and I might try and finish this all the way later on, possibly moving on to build part of the rest of RS.

*unless someone starts making some Runescape add-ons that aren't full of fail (though Makanix made a nice fire staff)

September 28:

Began putting outside details.

This isn't my only Blockland project, and Blockland itself definitely isn't the top priority in my life at the moment, so updates will be slow.

You could of made the castle on 32x cubes so you can have some height.

You could of made the castle on 32x cubes so you can have some height.

I put four 8x cubes on 16x cubes, which gave it a height of about 5 bricks off the surface of the water, which is about where it would be if I was going to include the river outside of the castle.

Quick edit: I noticed now you actually can't see that in any one of the pictures :P

wow nice land scape around it i'm impressed. if i could rate it would be a 9.5/10

off topic: im in your server right now it's me jack hoff =P

Nice double post.

It doesn't have any trees.. and it already has all the guard towers it's supposed to have. Remember that this is based off of something, it isn't from imagination.

And no thanks, you can keep Bob.

Training shield please.

Eerily accurate... Nice one.

I might as well try and continue my staff back for you. And then make other things if you like...

wow, first decently accurate lumbridge castle i've seen, that isn't spam!
also, for the river, why not use brick water? then you could have the cellar
